Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been an actor, model as well as an animal rights activist in the US. Her work has received acclaim for films like Love Story (from 1970), Goodbye Columbus, (1969), and The Getaway, (1972). Her family was an artistic family in New York and wanted to pursue a career in art. She began working as a photo assistant then turned to acting and modeling. She won her the Golden Globe Award in 1990 for being an aspiring young actor. The MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was one of the biggest hits that gained fame to the world in addition to being as an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. The film was recognized as the most successful female box-office star of the world after only three releases. Her footprints from 1972 and autograph were engraved on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. Other films she has appeared in are The Getaway Convoy Players as well as the TV miniseries The Winds of War. Moving Pictures is her autobiography which was published in the year 1991. MacGraw was married three times.
