Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete college. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. In 2009, four new fitness titles were added to her collection. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she came in third. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place within the fitness division even though she being completely unprepared. She was up against the best. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and sitting rows. Warming up is usually done prior to the workout. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Converting all the exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
