Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Her initial inspiration was shadows cast on grass. Months later she came up with a technique which did not make the subject on the canvas as a flat image. It is more like the object has been transformed into the artist's own image with the canvas taking an interpretation by the artist. It is most effective when dealing with living objects or items that are perishable such as fruits or people. Alexa's style of painting is ephemeral and only the photographs of her work survive. Photographs and painting are together to produce two-dimensional flat surface which is trompe l'oeil. In certain places, the three-dimensional space can be seen, for example, near the eye or the hair. Meade frequently incorporates her painted figures into the 3-dimensional world surrounding the figures. They can interact in this self-created universe. In this way, she has removed the borders between painting, photography and performance.
